I have a question

Like the title states I have a question and that question is does anybody know offhand what different type of authentication does the music service Pandora use vs like lets say Yahoo Mail or even this forum in that if I clear cache cookies etc. etc. I will be logged out of Yahoo and the forum here but I can close Firefox all the way out after clearing cache cookies and all that and open up Pandora and still be logged in.

I have found that two apps I use on my PC will log me out of Pandora if ran and those are ATF Cleaner and Ccleaner.

Thanks guys.

I believe asking questions on TSF aren't allowed.

I believe that happens because when you use those programs...you are removing the cookies that are required to log in automatically.

Re: I have a question

Could it be that the cookies for Pandora are protected in some way?

I have had a simular issue when i delete cookies manually from pc and when i run ccleaner it finds more.

Re: I have a question

Alright dug a little deeper and found that Pandora uses some sort of hidden cookie that stores itself in the user temp folder and neither IE or Firefox will clear and only running programs like the ones I mentioned removes them.

Closing this one out thanks guys!!
