Being a reader of the magazine since 2005 (albeit at the local library), I was truly shocked when this happened. I refuse to go online to look for something in the mess of information, when I can easily find it nicely and straightforwardly printed in a book or magazine (really, I think their website design is terrible), so now I read PC World instead (however, I can't say its website is much better).

I also hate how they euphemize it by saying that it's the beginning of a new, exciting era. It IS the end, no matter how much you try to hide it. Come on, at least admit it.

Maybe it's just my distrust for anything newfangled. No, I still don't believe in the "digital age", or at least most of its supposed benefits. I do trust my PC, but I just don't see it, or anything else electronic, as a replacement for the good ol' pen and paper. But pen and paper is really in a sad state right now, and I could only hope it will survive.
