As you may know, I'm not a genius. I'm actually, Italian. So, I'll need a genius or two to help me find out WHO this girl is in this picture. We've all seen her; in those fake/broken(404)/phishing websites, and I'm just curious; who is she?

I don't plan on stalking, or using any information I get from the thread for anything bad, I'm just really curious since she must be "famous" (of sorts) now.

I dont' know but I would say she dyes her hair...or eyebrows???
