DTV The Countdown's On 4..3..2..1.

A little more than 24 hours before analog TV signal is gone forever. Is everyone ready?

One thing I didn't understand .... they (the tv stations) say by law they are switching to digital. By LAW ....who made this law? The cable companies I think. LOL

ok...just wanted to put in a little reminder..its the end of TV if you haven't obtained a converter box. My hubby is always planning ahead and we got our converter boxes way back in October I think. Good Luck everyone!

We've still got a couple of years to the change-over, here in the UK. Even so, it's a final goodbye to all I learnt in my 1st job after leaving school, mending B&W TV's with [gasp] Valves! ('Tubes' in the USA

Oh, yes, I do have my 'Freeview' box ready - It's handy cos I can rewatch all the repeats I missed, while rewatching the repeats on t'other channels
