Using your own AVs

Can anyone tell me how I get the edit AVs page enabled to allow uploading of my own AV?

You have to hit 500 posts or donate money. If you have enought points you can "buy" that option in the store.

I have made a donation tonight, but it made no difference.

I paid by pay-pal but I didn't request a marker on my personal profile?

Any suggestions?
