Ride the ****

http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/local/332081_slut18.html

I can't believe they didn't notice the acronym... now that name is sure to stay.

(Well, apparently, TSF blocked out the word, so I won't try to reveal it. If you want to see just click the link.)

It certainly adds a whole new meaning to 'A Streetcar Named Desire'.....

Reminds me of when the First Union bank took over the bank that owned a major sports venue in Philadelphia.

Of course, they changed the name of that venue to the First Union Center. And about a year later changed the name of their bank.

from where I am, it's a 3-hour drive to Seattle (not counting the border crossing time). i haven't been to Seattle since early 2007, maybe I'll go there someday and give it a try!

Re: Ride the ****

San Francisco has BART - Bay Area Rapid Transit. Neighboring Fairfield has FART.

Re: Ride the ****

I felt relieved once the FART arrived.

BART was no slouch and with speed and dignity, the FART slipped right up, right on time.

just a couple sentences I think are kinda funny
