Holy cow this is fun! Is this illegal?

Google searches permits access to well over 1,000 unprotected surveillance cameras around the world - apparently without their owners' knowledge.

I watched a guy in a restaraunt in an asian country (don't recognize any of those letters/characters, just know they are asian) sweeping. I panned the camera back and forth as he went back and forth, and he never noticed me.
Yes you just read it : I CONTROL THE CAMERA !!!!!!!!!!
