Just visited the moon !

Celestia is real-time 3D space simulation which lets you travel through our solar system and to over 100,000 stars in our neighborhood.

I have spent hours on this since I downloaded it the day before yesterday.
Thanks for Celestia. I really enjoyed looking at it and touring the universe. I spent a good part of the day looking at it, I can't stop.

Operating System: 32-bit MS Windows (95/98), All 32-bit MS Windows (95/98/NT/2000/XP), All POSIX (Linux/BSD/UNIX-like OSes), Linux, OS X

That looks pretty cool Does it require a minimum level of graphics capability? I downloaded a free trial of a program called Keyhole last night ....

http://www.keyhole.com/ ..... you get to zoom in on any address in the US, and, I think, certain locations in Europe, to the point where you can see cars in their driveways. But I obviously don't have good enough graphics, because all I got was a blur

1) That's awesome

2) Does anyone know what that grouping of stars around Star taygeta is? (Select "Taygeta" and hit G to go there, then select "Track Selection", from the navigation menu, and back up to sol, or another star.
