That's strange. The image is now visible to me in JS' post but if I go to the link I gave it's forbidden. However, if I type the same URL into a new tab I can see it. Try posting this into a new tab. http://www.deadmentellnotales.com/onlinetexts/potc/images/1jail.jpg

Yes, there have been some strange goings on with links and attachments round here, had probs again tonight, tried posting two attachments in one post, attached first one, checked it, no probs, attached second one, works ok, no probs, go back to first one, invalid!!

Second time its happened, exactly same thing.

Noticed Jason was around yesterday doing some tweaking, deleted half of one of the biggest threads.

When you get that invalid link to attachment thing, does anyone else click on the administrator button to report it, i do.........mostly, but don't see anyone responding.

Is Jason the only administrator? Can't he delegate, what about you JTP, you don't seem to be very busy, shall i recommend you?

Btw, has anyone noticed this little bit of trivia. A pm i got from Ried contained a smiley which winked and then grinned, i was tickled and said as much at the time, a couple days later it appeared in the smiley list, if you wanted to type it into the quick reply box it would be, : wink::grin : (had to put extra spaces in there to help demonstrate my point) that would be 2 seperate smileys, if you delete the 2 pairs of dots between wink and grin so that it is now winkgrin with the dots (semicolons?) at each end, preview the post and you will see

The point is since this happened the wink smiley don't wink anymore when its alone. I only hope he hasn't been letting DC practice his opthalmology on him.

We really ought to open another surgery........for wounded smileys.

Looking for a recent pick now, pretty hard to find. You would think with such a good looking dial someone would have taken my pick.

OK just for the record this is not me if it were you would just see a blur and I would have top quality running shoes on not bare feet

OK I found this one here I am this is just under two years ago, .........no....... not the brown one. I'm the good looking one on the top! Yes the one with the silly hat on they wouldn't let me on without a hat. Some sort of dress rule like they have in some places that insist you wear a tie. Now at this stage I reckon I have it in gear and you can see by my right foot I have the accelerator depressed but it won't go! If I appear to have a worried look on my face its because I'm not sure how good the brakes are.
