Here's one of my I just took, to replace the one I had from years ago. Sorry for the extreme crop, it's hard to frame your own face backwards with 50mm lens on :)

I'm not sure of the exact translation (seems to be literally "clear ship"), but I'd suspect it loosely means "to battlestations" or something, uh, piracy related if you get the idea.

Yes, it means "get ready for (naval) battle". Skepp = ship.
