I'm not much bigger, at 6' and around 145. Although I have basically no muscle mass, so I would weigh a lot more if I did.

6' and 145 is big? hehe... I'm 5'11" and 175 - no not fat... I work out 3x a week and eat only 2 meals a day - usually :D. 3 really is not necissary. I'd post a pic, but all the ones I have are terrible lol.

For those of you who are not metricated that is 297lbs and no I am not obese, my Mother told me I am big boned hehehe. I work out 4 times a week at our local gym. There should be a pic among these threads somewhere but then again, that is a few years old.
