Hi,
my name is Anna and I'm a student of business administration at the University of Trier/ Germany. I participate in a seminar about "corporate branding". Please help me by filling in the questionnaire at the following link:

I affirm that it is a project only for research and non-commercial. Of course it is anonymous and no personal data is required. It takes about 10-15 minutes. Please answer each question, because only completed questionnaires can be used.

I started the survey, Heinkel meant nothing to me as a consumer even though I use some of the products. I did not realize that Henkel had recently bought those brands. I still associate them with Dial and P&G. My total ignorance of Henkel made answering the survey difficult.

Brand awareness = zero

Yes, I know, I had the same problem at the beginning of the seminar. It is because Henkel didn't advertise with the company name.
