Yep, they're famous (or infamous) for their EULA restrictions, or lack of same.

Exactly , i knew it was a mistake , because it just doesn't make sense.

Exemple: You write a song , then they own it , who's gonna fall for that ?

It wasn't quite like that. What they were saying is, you write a song, you still own the copyright on it, but they can use it for pretty much whatever purpose they want if you post it in some way (forum/messageboard/etc) using their browser.

Not no more they can't with me, I uninstalled it after less than 5 minutes of use - I just plain ol' didn't like it!
