Exactly , i knew it was a mistake , because it just doesn't make sense.

It wasn't quite like that. What they were saying is, you write a song, you still own the copyright on it, but they can use it for pretty much whatever purpose they want if you post it in some way (forum/messageboard/etc) using their browser.
