Sorry to the mods for molesting their board :)

It was my day off today, laundry is done, removed the movie channels from the dish tv to save a few bucks, board with current games... oh and quit smoking. If i dont type Ill eat LOL

Just like to say sorry for molesting your boards :) and thanks for this great site!

The Chantix works very well. Only takes a week or so before you realize you dont smoke nearly as much and even when you do the cigs dont take very good. If someone had a mind set to quit, this pill makes it ez. THOUGH you better have a tough stomach. Makes me fill like barfin every time I take one. But as long as you take it with a meal and can handly a few hours of "icky" feeling then you good to go. Also during these sick feeling times, you really dont want a smoke. I was down to one a day after 3 months and figured I could just cold turkey it from there. Was wrong and instead of saving a few hundred dollars on not buying the chantix (about 110.00 a month). So after a few packs of smokes I decided to get back on and finish right. For those that buy smokes in the USA it would be worth it to do chantix instead. Cheaper in most states then a pack a day. But I used to get mine outside of the USA so its more the double what I used to pay per month. So the money thing is not a motivation for me... I smoked ultra lights and even after 20 years of smoking, I have no ill side effects (yet). Have to do a light physical to get the chantix and turns out my lungs are as stronge as a runners. I like to swim under water durning the summers is the only thing we could figure :) But here I go typing when I should be sleeping :) Oh and get ready to add some pounds. 20 so far for me and im off to the frig to see how much more i can add :) Peace

Hey good luck with quitting. There's loads of people who've quit 'smoking on here (myself included) so you'll get the support you need if you ask. Don't worry about putting on a few pounds either, being a bit chunkier than before is better than being a smoker. Do what you need to to keep smokes out of your mouth, even if that does mean stuffing it with other treats.

I can't find any record of "Bill" ever having visited the Surgery.

Only one kind of bill they know about in this surgery and they are usually quite a bit bigger than you would expect. Some of their tactics include rifling your wallet for your credit card while you are under the anaesthetic, copying your details so that they can help themselves, replacing it and demanding payment again after the butchering,sorry, surgery has been performed.

Saber from Fate/Stay Night. Definetly worth watching if you can get it. It was licensed back in 2006 so it's fairly easy to purchase.
