Radeons keep breaking

Over the past few months I have noticed an amazing amounts of radeons breaking with bad RAM. Maybe this tells us that NVIDIA is Trully better than punny bad ram ATI.

I haven't had any issues .... Nearly every system I build has an ATI card (Radeon 7000, 9000SE, 9200SE, 9600 AIW the most common).

were these cards by ATi, or were they manufactured by one of the sever other companies that make cards with the same architecture?

Radeons are deffinalty better than nvida. So much easier. I have a dell 8250 and got it with my radeon 128 ddr 9700 tx works great 100 fps for cs and war 3 fz works fine.

OK ... but is that because they're more apt to fail, or because there are that many more of them in use?

nVidia is definitely more...for the elite user. Mine sounds like a lawnmower, but it still works, and the drivers don't suck like ATi drivers do.

Guess it's time to make a company switch .... I sell a lot of the 9200 and 9600 SE series cards, and have had 0 issues. I haven't put them through the HL2 or Doom3 challenge, yet, but I have played RtCW, UT2003, SoFI&II, all at hi-res and all without a fault.
