This according to findings by the Federal Trade Commission in a nationwide undercover operation surveying the availability of age restricted movie, music, and video game content to minors.

This rate is lower than that for both music and movies (theater & dvd)

It was about time , remember a couple years ago ,seeing kids at best buy picking up games not for their age , and nobody cared.
