I just wanted to thank you guys so much. I bought a router on ebay and was trying to set it up and just couldn't do it. Johnwill walked me right through it and it's working excellently now!

Well, TSF has helped me in the best possible way - since joining, my PC hasn't broke down or even hinted at suffering a 'partial existence failure'. You can't get better than that!!!

Also, the folks in the 'Offline' section have helped me no end, to keep my insanity.

Out of ALL the forums I've been to, and the ones I still belong to, TSF is far the friendliest of the bunch - and it seems to have the fastest response time to folks' queries and questions

This is one of the best support sites that I have found. Quick, easy, and efficient. As I was once-upon-a-time in the software development and support world, everyone in the office seems to think I should know how to fix it all. It's great to have a place where I can get some answers. Many thanks.

Even though It took me twenty days to resolve my problem I am soooo greatful for the guidance and patience to stick with me to the end. The biggest reason for the lengthy process was my end only having a few hours late nights to thrash the issue through. Then I would write back about my success or lack of when all good kids have gone to bed. So it took a while.... I was concerned that the folks on the helping side would get involved with other issues... but they hung with me to the end. Huge thank you. I would have been sunk without a forum and help offered such as this.
