Polar Bear eating horses head ( Could be Gross for horses lovers)

I don't understand people who are outraged by this? ( see link's comments)

It's like me ,eating a steak , or a big red snapper.I chew time to time fishs heads ;)

The bear gotta eats too , he is a mammal carnivore.

I don't think it's as bad as some of the comments make it out to be either ... it's nature ... sort of

Polar bears probably wouldn't usually eat horses, but I probably wouldn't feel any different if it was a seals head in it's mouth ...

Personally nothing wrong with it, its called tolerance. Just because its not the norm for our culture don't mean its not the norm for other cultures - including the animal kingdom.

Seeing as horses aren't indigenous to the Arctic areas where polar bears live, what the *@#! are those people moaning abut??? It's 'people' that's taken the horse there, in the 1st place!!!

That pic is no worse than, say, a pic of a leopard or lion eating a gazelle or a zebra!

it looks like a zoo environments but I would not be surprised if the photo was doctored.

That's very possible, having seen bears on TV, eating seals etc., they aren't exactly the most fastidious of eaters.
