Problem with TrendMicro Housecall
I recently attemped to run Trendmicro Housecall. It wanted to install a plugin into my Mozilla/Netscape directory, which it could not find so the installation failed. My Netscape directory is in Program Files as normal, but my active Mozilla directory is in a hidden folder (which I can see but HC cannot). I tried to point it to my Netscape directory, but it's looking for other plugins there and finds none, so it won't install/run

I had the same problem yesterday. I just decided to run the virus check using IE. I had to bite the bullet.

It says that it will run with Netscape, but we ahve had tons of trouble with that, and often recommend that folks do it with IE.
It is still based on virtual basic and activeX. I know, I know...
