Because I don't think that it is an actual Andy Rooney statement. I saw it in an email about a year ago. Why would someone say "see the above lines" if they were going to speak this. That alone points to it being written for others to read, not to be spoken.

I concede that they may not be Mr. Rooney's, but I still agree, whom ever the author was. PC will be the death of the US and it's liberties.

i mean if you read the snopes article, they say how racist the comments were. i wish i could take credit for them...but i didnt say them. andy roony might have screwed up here =/

I think some of them are ignorant, but racism implies your feelings are based on an abstract philosophy of superiority and I do not think these are grounded in that.

how about because CBS, NBC, FOX, ABC, CW, Spike TV and a couple dozen more channels already primarily market to the white male demographic.
