2 short Questions

i have terrible short-term memory, and i'm afraid i'll forget something, so i'll be blunt (i hope i didn't forget anything while i'm typing this!)

1. i can no longer edit posts, even ones that i've just posted seconds ago. why is that?

2. what does "troubled", crossed out, mean?

1. You can only edit your post within the time limit if no one has posted after you.

2. Troubled or crossed out means the user is banned from the forum

I don't know when that happened, I just remember reading it somewhere. I don't think the time limit's changed though.

like i said, i posted, and within seconds found an error and wanted to edit it, and no one has posted after me, and I can't edit.

Some threads won't let you edit at all. I believe this was a change made back when they took away my forum jump! Probably done to make the server more efficient.

Na Na, I can still edit!

You can't edit in the comments and announcements section, but that's the only place where I know you can't.

The forum jump was a little box at the end of each thread. When you clicked the drop arrow you had the chooses of all the diffrent sections you could go too.

It was removed in a server upgrade. It was removed to save on resources.
