Hi,

I wonder if its coincidence that you posted this at a time when the British government are discussing having our schoolchildren perform such a ritual.

Its a shame that no-one seems to be concerned that we are throwing away our individuality as a nation by this constant copying of other peoples customs, most noticeably USA and Europe.

........and no, i'm not European, i'm British.

I actually had no idea about the British Government wanting to do something similar. I haven't had much time to catch the news lately.

I just thought it was a great little thing as most people don't seem to get what the Pledge is about.
