Don't know if you are familiar with our Sir Terry Wogan but he was saying earlier that he finds it strange that a country that is so full of cows and sheep can only boast 2 varieties of cheese, is this true?

I'm not sure if you mean Australia 'cos we have many varieties of cheese. 2 years ago I had a holiday in Kangaroo Island and I tried sheep's cheese (don't tell JTP) and I found it too salty, they bred the sheep specially for milking. Well I gotta hit the sack now goodnight and good luck with your Macro's
