WHAT DO YOU THINK NERO 5.5 BURNING ROM OR (Roxio) ADAPTEC 5.0 WHAT WORKS BETTER?

I've used both, and had problems with both.... but I'm thinking both were just software conflicting issues, so it basically comes down to ease of use, and I like Roxio... the fading into tracks is like my favorite thing ever, and I couldn't find it on Nero...

For me. NERO. Its ugly and a bit hard to use, but its the final product on your disc that really matters, and this is where Nero kicks ***.

You might have to PM Me sometime... I'm too lazy to go out and learn software I refuse to run.... it made me wipe and reinstall 2 times :(

I've never had a problem with Nero. I use it and love it. I don't know a whole lot about the other one so I can't give any views on it. I belive that is the one that keeps locking my sister computer up while she burn CDs.

I have used both..........right now i am running Nero 5.5 and haven't burned a coaster yet (knock on wood). But, I just like the fact that Nero isn't such a hog of a program like Roxio. But then, that is just me. You should use whatever you like. But personally, I like Nero.

My vote goes to Nero. When I was in support, I fixed alot of problems by removing Roxio. I have been using Nero for years and have not had a single problem.
