Re: 2007 Women's Driving Awards

Apparently the bronze medal winner was hermaphroditic. The same wreck (same car, same position) was in the MEN video, just from behind instead of in front... Also, a lot of the images in the MEN video had obvious stories behind them that would have made them less "stupid male driver" stories and more just everyday accidents that looked particularly bad. For example, the bus that was run up the stairs. Probably swerved to the right to avoid a car. Busses don't have good braking abilities... And some were just bad parking jobs... Parking outside the lines is not bad driving, it's just being an ***.

The women's pics, however, were cases of bad driving... No explanation for driving your car into a boat other than that... However, the mud one is a little suspect... People go mudding all the time and get stuck too deep. 7th place is just bad parking. Too lazy to park right, got there when no cars were there, haha.

I've got my own to add, with the story behind it:

I watched her as she parked this car in Paris... Bumped up against each car as she parallel "parked", by touch. If it had been my car, hers would not have been there when she got back... It would have been in the Seine (I'm extremely picky about my car, no joke)

hmm. look at 3:08 in the video. then look at the the bronze metal winner. i think they are the same car at different angles...

maybe it was driven by Michael Jackson?

Yeah like the double decker bus driver that didnt know how high his bus was or the truck drivers with the same problem.
There's good and bad drivers in men and women.

No, like the truck that went into the house. Notice the chains attached to it in the back? Pretty obvious that they were trying to pull something - like remove a stump - and the chain or whatever was connected to what they were pulling broke. They just didn't plan well enough to not head towards a house when pulling. (I doubt he had enough time once it broke to stop the inevitable surge forwards...)

The one at the beginning in the roof of the house I'm not convinced is even real... Unless the ground at the other side was at the roof's level, I doubt anyone jumped a truck up that high lol.

And going 167 isn't really bad driving... On public roads it's inconsiderate, dangerous, and not very smart, but not necessarily bad driving...

And how is a ***** marking up a guy's car with graffiti bad driving? lol

The majority seemed to be just regular wrecks. Nothing obviously stupid that they did.

justpassingby's first youtube link is a really good example of a bad driver. Apparently can't shift correctly, then can't control the throttle and rams a gate, flipping herself over... Someone needs to take her license...
