I heard about this a few months ago. he broke the law, he deserves punishment. Hopefully, unless its found that he compromised his position, he will get probation.

The problem is how bad he wanted to keep his job. What would happened if someone found out and tried to blackmail him into doing something illegal? He was a risk.

I agree, seems like he had good intentions, but he whent in to all this knowing he was an illegal immigrant. Granted his father broke the law originally but he knowingly presented himself falsely. I really wish our immigration laws could work a little faster, but they are there for a reason and people who circumvent them are wrong.
