Own a piece of history, the original building where Bill Gates and Paul Allen formed Microsoft is now For Sale. Property offers a variety of floor plans for retail, office or warehouse uses. Condominium Association rules apply. Value priced and centrally located to NE and SE Heights and New Mexico State Fair grounds (EXPO New Mexico).
Quick, someone buy it and turn it into a Microsoft fanboy museum! LOL

or maybe headquarters for a new linux distro LOL

what's neat is most think it was 6328 Linn that was the original building (now a parking lot) but based on real estate records these realtors say it was this building

Re: Buy Bill Gates old Microsoft building $82,950

Why would anyone pay 82,950 for a building like that?

Re: Buy Bill Gates old Microsoft building $82,950

Here's the response to the Email I sent about the property. When I looked online it specified a different property (6328 Linn), I think it's in error (unless they moved down the street).

David: Regarding your questions, I am not certain as to #1 relating to
what the property is "appraised as," but I can tell you that we have
closed on 8 of 13 available suites and all have appraised relative to
the sale price. Two more are currently leased with options to purchase,
so only three are available.

Regarding the 2nd question, Paul Allen confirmed that this building was
Microsoft's office and commissioned a monument that now sits on the
property as indicated by the attached flyer. The current owner purchased
the property from Mr. Allen's ownership entity.

Please let me know if you have additional interest after your review.

Best regards,

Re: Buy Bill Gates old Microsoft building $82,950

Wow... couldn't they get someone to do a better job on the photoshopped monument??? lol

Suggestion for the building: blow a hole in the wall and call it Secure as Microsoft.. now that would be a monument!
