a simular thing happens over in the uk, and like the canadians, our border people are starting to crack down on it, even though its entirely legal ATM, they are trying to outlaw it. Its called the booze cruise, and it looks a bit odd to be trying to outlaw it only now, they have known people have done this for decades.
