In China, 190 children are snatched every day - more than twice the number taken in England and Wales in a year.

Whilst this sounds bad, after some rather crude googling it works out at 0.021723196% of chinas youth population a year. Not much really.

Statisically it may be a small figure, but for the families concerned it, it's 100%.
