One Unhappy Flickr member !
The family accused Virgin of libel and invasion of Ms Chang's privacy and are seeking unspecified damages.
A TEXAS family is suing Australia's Virgin Mobile phone company over an advertisement they claim caused their teenage daughter grief and humiliation.
