Flight simulator in Google Earth

You need Google Earth version 4.2.

In the program press Ctrl + Alt + A to bring this screen up:

Yes, it's just a gimmick - a little "Easter Egg".

Strange. Can you download other .exe files? I've tried it with IE and Firefox - no problems.

Re: Flight simulator embedded within Google Earth

grumpygit, I tried downloading it from the links above and got the same result as you. I clicked the download button and nothing happened.

I'm using the NoScript addon in Firefox which blocks javascript for specific sites until told to allow them. I already have google.com in my Allow list, but the site also uses google.analytics.com. I allowed this and it reloaded the page (with a slightly different layout) and the download button now works.

Haha! Google are 100000000000 times more reliable than Microsoft and is free! FS X is crap and so 2004 will be worse I'm sure. And considering you pay £1,000,000 for MS products...
