Uk : Burglar Falls Out 4th Floor Window - Homeowner Arrested .
If charged and convicted he could face a life sentence.

Whether he fell or was pushed, he deserved everything he got. Anyone who breaks into your house shouldn't have any rights.

We here have a long tradition of making victims out of criminals and vice versa. Tony Blair apparently put in place plans to change this because it's obviously not fair.

this is like that case in US where some dude fell thru a skylight and cut himself on a knife on the kitchen bench. the ppl whose house he was trying to burgle got in trouble for it.

If a man was robbing my house, and I could stop him by pushing hi out of a wndow guess what i'm doing...

That boy is going flying.

I'm sorry, that burglar is a meance to society, he is now dead. This man should recieve an award not a punishment. Did you see how fast the trail went by?

Even in the stattes this would be a open and shut case. Man breaks into other mans house, home owner protects his home killing the intruder in the processs. Self defense, and protection of home and property self instinct. Saves the ploice a lot of trouble.
