Gigabyte, a good company
I had my MOBO blow up on me. Now i've since decieded that I don't want to use my mobo on my main rig so I bought a new one.
Now I still want to use this mobo so I contacted gigabyte and we got into an agruement since I do not live on US soil I do not qualify for their RMA program. Well I said thats an American Military APO address i'm giving you, UPS will not recongize the address. WEll either way the tech guy was confused so he refered me up to upper maganment. Who then after hearing my sitution about being an American Military service member serving overseas in Germany decided it was worth it. So they bent their plocies to serve me. That shows a company cares about their customers. Just wanted to give a pos review for them. |
