Just wanted to provide some additional information here, as several folks mentioned the need to reduce bloat ware on home computers in addition to the changes we have made for small business. That would be nice. I don't see why they add it anyway. They could just send you the computer with just the operating system installed and give you the CDs for all the free software so you could install what you want. Of course I've probably bought my last Dell already anyway...
