Re: Favourite music/song thread..

Edit.

At this moment I'm thoroughly enjoying really any live song done by
State Radio

My favorite band of all though is Dispatch, but I like SR more. Does that make sense?

And as a side note, Dispatch is going to be the first independent band to headline Madison Square Garden and they're going to do so for 3 consecutive nights. All 3 concerts sold out in under 30 minutes (total for all 3 nights). But I can't go

Re: Favourite music/song thread..

+1 for Pink Floyd.

Currently listening to :
David Bowie - The man who sold the world
Tears For Fears - Mad World
Pixies - All over the world
Devin Townsend - Deep Peace (I love that solo... )
Nick Cave - Song of Joy (or all the murder ballads album)
The divine comedy - Come Home Billy Bird

And if you're ever curious about what Belgian groups can do :
dEUS : best belgian rock band ever. Period. Be sure to listen to suds and soda.
Soldout : If you like electro. Music link at the bottom left.
Millionaire : Check the video, song's called Champagne.

First song on Murder Ballads (same album as Where the wild roses grow). You can listen to an extract on www.last.fm but that'll tell you nothing on the whole song/story. It's all about creating that sweltering atmosphere. Very dark but simply brilliant.

Re: Favourite music/song thread..

I have no idea what is playing right at this moment. It's an Indian song, maybe sung by Latamangeshkar or Udit Narayain.
