What time do you go to bed?

In response to the wake up thread, and since I saw Zazu on this late, what time do you have to/go to bed?

During the school year it's around 8, 8:30.

Summer doesnt matter for me - I've stayed up late reading until around 1 AM daily.

When i was at school it was 2am. Now ive left, i go to bed around 5-6am. I dont like it but my Sleeping pattern is out the window, and im still wide awake at 3-4am :(

I have an internship now with the 9-5 and an hour's commute each way, so I should be getting to bed... about an hour ago.

I got to bed about, Sun-Thurs between 9.30 to 1am, on the weekends when I am tiered.

During the summer since I work night shift I hit the sack at anywhere between 12, and 1 although I generally watch movies for a few hours or so. So i'm asleep anywhere between 1 to 3.

Weekends, just whenever I fall asleep. Mostly 2-3am.

Whenever I get time, depending on the week and working pattern, after all my daily responsibilities are dealt with. If I'm away from home on some emergency duties, 30-96 hours without sleep is very common.

I go to sleep very late - even if I need to get up early the next day. When I was working on my thesis, I went to sleep about 5 AM and slept about 5-6 hours, then got up and started working again. It is a strange feeling when you go to bed, and it is not dark already, there's some movement in the street and the birds are singing...

How can you get to sleep at that time? Id find it VERY hard.

Its 4:11am GMT just now, and im still pretty much wide awake.
