Why bother, it proves nothing by the police and it just adds to the pollution added in the environment.

Seems a bit overkill to me - not that I condone street racing. Imagine if they burnt your house down because they found a stolen flamingo on your front lawn...

Haven't they ever heard of Jan & Dean???

Police love to target the young lads who love cars. For many, its their passion. Meeting up with other people, talking about cars, parked in a car park, talking about performance things and admiring others work.

Its only a very small minority that ruin it for the rest. Usually the ones with crappy done up cars and not thought about the mods they are putting on them. Yeh, those corsa and nova drivers being a popular trend between these hooligans

I've got nothing against just hanging out and chilling. It's the morons who go racing down the highways and backroads, nearly hitting other cars and people, that really makes me mad.

It's always been that way, that's the sad thing. I pay more on my car insurance because I'm a male under age 25. I've never caused an accident and have never been in one that was my fault. Despite that my rates are higher.
