I follow a general rule whilst driving: drive however you want and in an event of an accident(caused by your actions), MAKE SURE you are only one that comes to any harm.

When I lived in England I bought a Porsche 928s4. Bear in mind that this is a 170mph car with phenomenal handling.

Driving home late one night, a car kept tailgating then backing off. I figured they wanted to play (I lived in Norfolk, and Lotus has their factory an hour or so away, so I got to play "tag" with a lot of Elises).

So, I took off.

The A11 changes from single to dual carriageway in Thetford. I made it through the roundabout with no problems, but they nearly lost it (could tell by the headlights). I slowed up, and after a bit they passed me ... It was a Escort XR3! Filled with teens!

Needless to say, I let them pass me and took the next exit.

As much as being behind the wheel of a car like that can change you, it's even more amazing how much it changes some PFY in an Escort.

Yeah... Every car I've owned including the two I have now I bought and paid for myself. One of them can do 170+.
