Dreams

Last night I had a dream that I was back in high school. The strange this was I was put into some fancy private school in a city that likely does not exist. It started out with me talking to some of the female students in a room at night. The ground was covered in snow but something looked strange. It looked fake. I called the girls over to show them when I noticed that the ground seemed to be moving. Then we were in the air. The building pitched and shook as we tore through the sky, narrowly dodging buildings and tossing everything inside around. When we finally landed we were in another place all together and I felt as though I had to fight a great evil. I gathered up some more students and we equipped some wepaons that happened to just be there. We went outside and began to fight. Hordes of enemies surrounded us but that didn't keep us from rushing in head first.

I think I've been playing too much WoW.

Re: Dreams

I've had a few dreams that revolve around what's in my avatar, such as how I was the only one at their concert so I got to pick and choose what songs they played, and how I got up and jammed with them on one song on the harmonica.

I always have strange dreams.

Are you able to wake yourself up in your dreams? If you are in a dream do you know that you are in a dream if that makes sense! I am able to wake myself up.

I've done that once, when I was younger. I was being chased by a werewolf, and was running towards the edge of the woods. I realized that I couldn't out run the thing so I said "either this is a dream, or I am about to die." So I tried to fly, and lo and behold I was flying! So I realized it was a dream. But then I looked behind me and the werewolf was flying after me! I got scared and forgot it was a dream. Weird, huh?

Re: Dreams

I have sleep terrors, they're very very scary

I used to have a lot of vivid dreams but not many now. I had a dream once in which I slipped off an icy and snowy domed roof. I felt panic at first but remembered that superbike riders relax when they fall off their bikes to avoid serious injury so I relaxed. I've never felt so peaceful, just falling in a sea of dim white and warmth.

Re: Dreams

I hardly ever have scary dreams, and even if one starts I just realize it is a dream and I wake myself up!

Re: Dreams

So anyone not into TV/Movies/Games and still get such dreams?

That'll be a nice experiment.

WOW..that is very rare, and usually takes a lot of 'training' to be able to pull off...

try this: realize you are in a dream then look down at your hands...then try to control/direct the dream...after months of trying/meditating/etc I did this once...
