China calls in their debt... we call in ours... don't think that because they are loaning us money that they aren't indebted to us as well. Many people don't understand that.

We have been giving China money for ages now, from even before WW2.

One debt doesn't get paid off because they start sending us money and buying our note.

While the US is hardly the mass producer it once was, we're not that far removed from it. Given the American Spirit, we could quickly return to former levels of goods production.

Japan and China - predominately export based economies - would suffer a major economic blow if the US were to ramp up production and increase tariffs (to match Japan's on our products) and finally drop China from the "Most Favored" trade list (something that should have been done years ago).

The need for evacuation is a 10 year event. But, for the sake of argument, lets make it 5 years.

$10 per week x 4.35 weeks/month x 12 months x 5 years = $2610 (Actually $2812.13 based on a 3% annual return). More than enough to evacuate a family of 4 well before the storm, and to sustain them until either the crisis has passed (storm changes track, weakens, etc.) or until assistance kicks in (FEMA allotments, grants, etc.)

1) It is with profound anguish now, that each day, along with everything else I do….I gather every shred of data I am able. Armed with all those data and SO, in no arbitrary or capricious way…..I could not take more or more serious issue with your “gist” than I do.

can see how hardworking general Chinese are, you can understand why
