State Sen. Carole Migden involved in car crash
california State Senator Carole Migden, supporter of a state law aiming to fine drivers who talk on their cellphones at the wheel, crashed her auto this morning. While talking on a cellphone.

I don't read in my car. :p Talking in a car on a phone isn't as distracting as talking to a passenger. When it's a passenger and something comes up that you both see you both shutup. The person on the other end of the phone is likely just yakking away and that distracts you further when you need to react.
