The downtown prison here in San Antonio was the city's first building to get air conditioning.

Prisoners get 3 meals a day. I'm lucky to get one.

Prisoners can sit and read or watch TV all day. I can't afford cable or books.

Prisoners always have a roof over their heads and a bed to sleep in. I worry about making rent.
