I failed one once. I was sick and had to go to the laundromat and cut of a cop. He pulled me over, gave me the test and failed the finger to nose thing, the eye thing, and the tilted head thing. I told him I had a lazy eye and was sick and couldn't see over my laundry in the seat. He let me go.
