What I'm saying is that a true quantum mechanical system could be hacked but the data that was hacked wouldn't be the data that was sent, the observation itself alters the data observed. Many quantum systems now, such as the early quantum computers, aren't true quantum systems, they have classical components that are subject to the usual computing laws etc.
