It is retarded. But who was there first. The residents or the park. If the park was built before the residents moved in, the residents have no room to baulk.

Those residence are stupid. The money line in the article is...
Those who have complained have created a ton more business for the very thing they complained about. I can only imagine how much more noise people are causing just to see if they can get a reaction.

We had a simular problem here in Omaha. We had a Stock Car Dirt Track on the outskirts of town. Well our city got bigger and housing started to pop up around the dirt track. The residents started to complain about the noise and the city told the owners that they had to shut down the track. The owners couldn't afford the attorney fees, so finacially, it was better off for them to shut it down.
