Hope it's OK to try 2 get some feedback on a movie....

If anyone saw Spike's "Inside Man" with Denzel, & Jodie, Willem, etc....

...have some questions, am confused....and so R my friends.

OK, first: If the Christoher Plumer bank owner character.....build this huge empire with his blood money form the Nazis...how come all those diamonds were still in his lockbox?

Next: who was the other guy in the backseat of the pickup vehicle waiting for the genius bank robber 2 emerge a week after the fact? He was in the bank at the time of the robbery, right? Was one of the hostages not? If so, which one?

If the head robber, in one scene, tried to get his lady into one of the the hostage groups....we saw that....to implement the getting his colleagues out at the end....how come, at the end, we C her with him in a corridor before the cops enter?

OK....so they opened a hole in the floor of the storage room, right? to make conduit for him to get behind the wall to hide 4 a week? If so, wut did they do with the concrete they removed and put into black bag? And how did they seal that hole? I do not get this, OK?

I know all fiction owes to the suspensionof disbelief.....but wasn't it a strech that Denzel could have had the ring after they opened the lockbox? Given he got legit court order to drill out the box.

Also.....how come the bank owner didn't just get a regular lockbox in 1948 whe he built the bank? why wold he have done otherwise?

Finaly.....i like Spike and his courage and original sensibility....but I thought the scene in Chase's office where Denzel & his parter confront him.....was terribly written & directed: no pacing, no buld up of tension.....thee should have been a PAUSE....BEFORE dENZEL HLDS UP A FINGER WITH the ring....he shold nevah have sad, the words "tis ring".....he shuld have said, in response to Chase's defnensive rant...which wasn't draatic enuff....he should have been like, "....might not RING TRUE...AFTER THEY ALL learn about....THIS." aT WHICH POINT AND ONLY THEN....should he have lifted a finger with the ring on it into his closeup. then....they should have cut 2 Plummer's face3.....his face should have shown somethng more than it did....just even his jaw dropping slghtly.

Should have been amazing scene.....I felt was faaaar Less than.

OK I have more confusions.....but maybe should not be posting any here anyhow...I dunno.....I also read reviews and only the disparity in Chase's age as it had 2 B now.....was addressed.

Also....only by reading a review...did I get that the guy Jodie was helping before Chase called.....was supposed 2 B Bin Laden's nephew.......and that reference at the end from huh.....worked back 2 that.

Hey....V ambitious work....first time screenplay writer....I thought Spike did fab job with the action sequences, forget some delicious nuances---also edited well--there's nobody with the elan/presence of Denze who is Old School Movie Starl....but still confused. Very, oK?
