Unfortunately, no. St. Pat's night is usually only any good when the Irish are over for the Cheltenham Gold Cup National Hunt Festival; a major event for the Irish. Most years, St. Pat's night coincides with the Festival. Unfortunately, the Festival finished on Friday, so most had gone back home.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about St' Pat's day celebrations.
Oh, yes, we hammered the English. Brilliant result. Unfortunately, Scotland couldn't do the same with France, (must have words with Glas about that ) so though France and Ireland have the same points, France win the Championship on points scored

Thanks for that That part of the day made up for their being nothing in the evening. Just a shame that Ireland didn't win the championship. That would have been a fine end to St. Pat's day.

what a good day for the Irish. Came second in the rugby and beat Pakistan in the Cricket. I got the result yesterday whilst on holiday and i had to get my dad to check it for me, as i couldn't beleive it. Beer galore that night!!!
