Shotgun judge 'sorry' for remark
A judge in the Republic of Ireland has apologised for telling a court he would use a shotgun to "blow the head off" anyone who broke into his home.

Well, it's a bit useless just killing them, they wouldn't be punished! I say knock 'em out, and take them to the police. Just use standard self defence... In the UK, when someone get's into your house, they won't have a gun, cos we have a (partly) civilised society.
