Recommends: Upon the legalization of Marijuana it should be taxed, and funds be used to fund the war on drugs.

Encourages: the growing of Marijuana as a cash crop

Calls upon: Society to recognize that the use of Marijuana for recreational purposes is in fact called for, and should be approved.

This is a resolution for my debate club in school. What i'm mainly looking for is corrections of grammar etc, and any clauses (They go along the lines of Calls Upon, Ecourages etc) cause i'm stomped at 4 and would like to end up at least 6.
