I can't believe that Sanjaya is still on the show. He sounds like a piano bar singer.

He sucks, but for people to vote for him, they have to watch the show, Howie is giving them viewers. Sanjaya was no better than 10th best, so he'll go sson enough. We are voting for the idol who sucks who isn't sanjaya just so he can go home.

Does anyone really think that its the viewers actually voting that decides who gets kicked off? The producers have to be guiding it. Would you let all that $$$ rest on the whims of rural America? So they must want Sanjaya in there to create the controversy.

You do know that chances are those polls are rigged and any voting you do is useless and a waste of your time.

The produces are making a show which gets you to watch it, They make money that way.

American Idol is just another reality show. It's all set up and the producers of the show edit it in the way that they want you to see it. For instance they make it seem like the judges see all the contestants from each city, when in reality they see about 100 from each city.
After reading this I have lost just about all interest in American Idol.
